Hamppumaa CBD subscription are simple, customer friendly and easy to manage.

1. How does a CBD subscription work?


  • Go to the Hamppumaa website and select the product you want to order.
  • Choose the intervals at which you want your product to be delivered – this can be once a week, every 3 months, or anything in between.
  • Order normally, get at least a 35% discount and always the best price. You will receive an order confirmation directly to your email.
  • Your order will arrive quickly and with free delivery if the amount of the products is more than 75 euros.
  • You will receive a reminder email before your next shipment so you can easily manage your order.
  • When the new Shipping Date arrives, your product will be paid for automatically with the same payment card information as the first time, and you will be sent a separate confirmation email.
  • At the moment, you can only pay for a standing order with payment cards.
  • You can manage your order at any time through your own account on Hamppumaa’s website.

2. How do I start a CBD subscription?

    • At the bottom of the page, select the product with the CBD content you prefer.
    • You then select the quantity and delivery frequency you want.
    • Then go to checkout to complete your order, after which you will receive an order confirmation in your email.

3. How does renewal work?

Your subscription will automatically renew at the beginning of each new subscription period unless you cancel. Before you renew, you will receive a reminder email with your details, charge amount, and date.

The subscription price for each renewal is the price in effect at the time of each renewal, including any additional discounts. You may opt out of automatic renewal or cancel your subscription for the remainder of the period at any time on the “Manage Orders” page of your Account on the Hamppumaa website or by contacting us.


4. How do I change the delivery frequency?

You can change the delivery frequency of your product at any time by contacting our customer service team at info (at) hamppumaa.fi or by calling +358 46 683 1898.

6. How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your CBD subscription, you can do so at any time via the Hamppumaa website. Just log in to your account and go to the Standing Orders tab. You can also cancel the subscription by contacting our customer service.

Cancellation is possible at any time and it takes effect as soon as the cancellation is made.


7. Will I receive a reminder before renewing my order?

You will receive a reminder in your email 3 days before the due date of your next subscription. We also recommend that you mark Hamppumaa as a “safe sender” so that emails about your order do not go to your spam folder.
