FAQ

Hamppumaa CBD subscriptions are simple, customer-friendly, and easy to manage.

1. How does a CBD subscription work?

• Go to Hamppumaa’s online store and select the product to order.
• Choose the frequency at which you want your product to be delivered – this can be once a week, every 3 months, or anything in between. (Note: Please contact our customer service if you would like to change the frequency to weekly) 
• Order as normal, get at least 35% off and always the best price. You will receive an order confirmation directly to your email.
• Your order will arrive quickly and with free shipping if the total amount of products is over 75 euros.
• You will receive a reminder email three days before your next shipment so you can easily manage your order.
• When the new shipping date arrives, payment for your product will be automatically made using the same payment card details as the first time, and you will be sent a separate order confirmation. 
• Payment for a subscription is currently only possible with payment cards.
• Via My Account you can cancel your order, change your delivery address, remove items or update your payment card information. 
• Please contact our customer service if you would like to change/modify products or delivery times.

2. How do I start a CBD subscription?

• • You select at the bottom of the pageor CBD-subsription product page your favorite CBD-product
  • After this, select the desired quantity and delivery time interval.
  • After this, proceed to checkout to complete your order, after which you will receive an order confirmation in your email.

3. How does subscription renewal work?

Your subscription will automatically renew at the beginning of each new subscription period unless you cancel your subscription. You will receive an email three (3) days prior to your next renewal with your subscription details and renewal date.

The subscription price for each renewal is the price in effect at the time of each renewal, including any additional discounts. You may opt out of automatic renewal or cancel your subscription for the remaining term at any time on your My account “Manage Orders” page or by contacting us.

4. How do I change the delivery interval?

You can change the delivery time of your product at any time by contacting our customer service at info (at) hamppumaa.fi or by calling +358102009360

6. How do I cancel my subscription?

If you would like to cancel your CBD subscription, you can do so at any time via the Hempumaa website. Simply log in to your account and go to the Subscriptions tab. You can also cancel a subscription by contacting our customer service.

Cancellation is possible at any time and will take effect immediately upon cancellation.

7. Will I receive a reminder before my subscription renews?

You will receive a reminder email 3 days before your next recurring subscription is due. We also recommend that you mark Hamppumaa as a “safe sender” so that emails about your subscription do not end up in your spam folder.
