CBD oil 10% is a high-quality full-spectrum cannabinoid product that is decarboxylated, i.e. a CBD product activated by gentle heating. 

Full spectrum means that the CBD oil contains all of hemp's over 500 natural compounds, i.e. cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids. Made from an EU-approved and certified hemp variety (Cannabis sativa L.).

Due to heating, the cannabidiolic acid CBD-A contained in hemp is converted into CBD, meaning the product contains mostly cannabidiol. The carrier oil chosen is MCT oil, as it improves the shelf life, use and absorption of CBD oil. The hemp extract used in the natural production process of the oils, its color and composition may also vary depending on the production batch and harvest. The differences can sometimes be significant, even if the CBD concentrations are the same.

Making CBD oil using natural CO2 extraction

The production of CBD oil aims to extract the active compounds of the hemp plant, such as cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids, as gently and cleanly as possible. The industry standard CO2 extraction (carbon dioxide extraction) is a precise, safe and solvent-free production method that preserves the natural properties of hemp and guarantees high quality.

CO2 extraction utilizes pressurized carbon dioxide to extract CBD without the use of chemical solvents, resulting in a pure, safe, and effective CBD oil that contains natural plant compounds in their best form.

Hemp oil or CBD oil, what's the difference?

Hemp oil (or hemp seed oil) and CBD oils are made from different parts of the hemp plant, and therefore have different compositions and effects. Hemp oil is pressed solely from hemp seeds and does not contain significant cannabinoids. Instead, it is an excellent cooking oil that is a rich source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, as well as vitamin E.

CBD oil, on the other hand, is made from the green, above-ground parts of the hemp plant, which naturally contain cannabidiol (CBD) and other beneficial compounds. The extracted CBD is mixed with an oil, such as MCT oil or hemp seed oil, to make the final product uniform, easy to use, and highly absorbable.

What is CBD?
CBD is a chemical compound, or cannabinoid, found in the hemp plant. CBD is not intoxicating. A total of over 120 different cannabinoids have been found in hemp, each with its own unique properties.
What are cannabinoids?
Cannabinoids are a group of compounds originally found in hemp, but they refer to all compounds that bind to the body's cannabinoid receptors (Z. Fisar. 2009.; AC. Howlett et al. 2002.; DM. Lambert et al. 2005.). They include phytocannabinoids, or external cannabinoids, endocannabinoids, or internal cannabinoids, and synthetic cannabinoids produced in the laboratory. More than a hundred different external cannabinoids have been identified in hemp. In total, hemp contains about 489 different compounds (N. Happyana et al. 2013).
What is CBDA?
CBDA (cannabidiolic acid) is the precursor to CBD as it is found in fresh hemp. CBD and CBDA are cannabinoids that occur naturally in hemp.
