Shilajit is a real mineral bomb and one of the most versatile dietary supplements that effectively revitalizes the body and mind. It is a black resinous substance that is formed in a natural process that takes thousands of years.
Himalayan Shilajit resin originates from the pure mountain range of Pir Panjal in the southwest of the Kashmir valley. The product is made using the traditional method of extracting raw shilajit into a paste-like form. You can recognize genuine Himalayan shilajit by its unique smoky aroma. This special product contains a wide variety of trace elements, vitamins, amino acids and more than 85 minerals, which together provide the body with a natural source of energy in a well-absorbed form.
Himalayan Shilajit, carefully hand-picked from the pure areas of Kashmir at an altitude of more than 5,000 meters, enables the product's exceptional purity and nutrient content. Product heavy metal and contamination analyses are here.
Shilajit (Asphaltum punjabianum) is a black resinous substance formed in a natural process lasting thousands of years. Shilajit, also known as "Mummy", is a powerful natural stimulant and energizer. It can improve mental and physical performance, increase libido, stimulate brain function and aid recovery. The secret of Shilajit lies in its rich, nutrient-dense composition and excellent absorption into the body.
Using Shilajit is easy: just dissolve a small amount in a warm drink such as coffee or tea. Here's how to use it:
- Dispense shilajit into water or other liquid below 39 °C. Nutrients begin to be destroyed at temperatures above 39 °C. A portion the size of a grain of rice = approx. 100 mg.
- Enjoy your drink 1-2 times a day to promote vitality and lasting well-being.
Note: Temperature fluctuations can affect the consistency of shilajit resin and make it harder over time. This shilajit intentionally has less water than many other manufacturers. If the resin feels too hard or is difficult to dispense, you can add 1–2 drops of water to the jar. Stir and let the water soak in for a while. This will make the resin more pliable and make it easier to dispense.

Mahtava tuote, kiitos ♥️🙏

SAKU -
