The base of the taste is a deep and rich cacao aroma, complemented by subtle floral and lightly fruity tones. They bring freshness to the whole and highlight the aromatic side of the cacao. As the taste develops, soft nutty and slightly spicy nuances can also emerge, adding depth to the whole.
The strength of this cacao lies in its balance. The rich cocoa gives the taste a solid foundation, while the floral and fruity aromas make it lively and interesting. The nutty and lightly spicy notes linger pleasantly in the aftertaste.
The cacao comes from the prestigious Hacienda Victoria farm in the Guayaquil region, known for its high-quality and responsibly produced cocoa. Ecuador's mineral-rich, volcanic soil, sun-ripened cocoa beans and traditional craftsmanship combine in this cacao in a unique way. The result is a rich and softly deep cocoa, with a chocolatey richness, subtle fruitiness and light floral and spicy nuances. The energy is calming, clarifying and gently opening the heart.
The cacao beans are hand-picked, naturally fermented and stone-ground, preserving the cocoa's structure, aromas and nutrients as much as possible. The naturally low caffeine content makes this cacao also suitable for evening moments.
Hacienda Victoria is perfect for cocoa ceremonies, meditation, yoga, or peaceful everyday moments with yourself.
Prepare a ritual drink by mixing 10–40 g of cacao mass with hot water or plant-based milk and stirring thoroughly until the drink is smooth. If desired, you can finish the taste with vanilla, cinnamon, cayenne pepper or a pinch of salt.
