Ceremonial cacao Apach Cooperative is hand-picked, top-quality indigenous cocoa from Honduras. Roasted using traditional methods at low temperatures, the product is always made from a single harvest from the Apach region of Honduras.
The cacao's flavor profile is highlighted by soft chocolate, natural sweetness and subtle spiciness, which create a pleasantly round and balanced whole. The taste reveals rich dark cacao and chocolate, complemented by gentle caramel tones and subtle nuttiness. The warm spiciness in the background adds depth to the cacao and makes the taste interesting without any single aroma becoming too dominant. The end result is soft, full-bodied and easily approachable.
