Quick guide to CBD subscription

1. Select the product you want
2. Click on “CBD subscription”, select the desired subscription interval and add the order to the shopping cart
3. You can make other purchases as normal. If you want to add more products to the same subscription, you can easily do so by repeating steps 1-2 and selecting the same subscription interval for the products
4. Go to checkout and check the contents of your shopping cart. At checkout, you will see a breakdown of what goes into your subscription and any one-time purchases. You can easily change your order if necessary.
5. Log in to your loyalty account at checkout if you are not already logged in
6. Choose your shipping and payment method. Future deliveries of your standing order will automatically use the shipping and payment methods you choose here
7. Confirm order
8. You can edit your standing orders under the "Subscriptions" menu on your pages.

How do I start a CBD subscription?

• • Choose your favorite CBD product.
  • After this, select the desired quantity and delivery time interval.
  • After this, proceed to checkout to complete your order, after which you will receive an order confirmation in your email.

How does subscription renewal work?

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the beginning of each new subscription period unless you cancel your subscription. You will receive an email three (3) days prior to your next renewal with your subscription details and renewal date.
• The subscription price for each renewal is the price in effect at the time of each renewal, including any additional discounts. You may opt out of automatic renewal or cancel your subscription for the remaining term at any time on your My account “Manage Orders” page or by contacting us.

How do I cancel my subscription?

• If you would like to cancel your CBD subscription, you can do so at any time via the Hempumaa website. Simply log in to your account and go to the Subscriptions tab. You can also cancel a subscription by contacting our customer service.
• Cancellation is possible at any time and will take effect immediately upon cancellation.

Will I receive a reminder before my subscription renews?

You will receive a reminder email 3 days before your next recurring subscription is due. We also recommend that you mark Hamppumaa as a “safe sender” so that emails about your subscription do not end up in your spam folder.
