Curiosity towards cannabis is growing worldwide. Legal trade of cannabis is estimated to grow from last year’s 12 billion to 65 billion by 2025. Annual growth is over 21%. Even more interesting than medical or recreational cannabis is the growth of the CBD market.
Adding medicinally beneficial cannabinoids and especially CBD to food products and drinks has become so popular that Coca-Cola has announced its interest towards the CBD business. Something about CBD’s popularity can also be concluded from the fact that it has exceeded Kim Kardashian in Google search.
We traveled to Tallinn to explore the liberalization of CBD and light cannabis.
