Terms and condition

Your order will be shipped to you on the same day your order is received before 12:00 noon on weekdays. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping costs are always the same regardless of the size of the order.

Orders from the online store are delivered reliably, securely and without problems to Finland, Åland, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg , Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. Shipping costs include postage and packaging.

General: E-commerce products are sold by Sentient Being OÜ (VAT EE102310449).

Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering: You can place orders in our online store. Prepayment and debit and credit cards are accepted as methods of payment. After ordering the product, you will receive an order confirmation in your email. You can see the details of your order in the order confirmation. Always check that the information in the order confirmation is correct.

Order Confirmation: After an accepted and successful payment transaction, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer via email containing the details of the order. The customer must check the accuracy of the information entered in the order confirmation and report any errors to customer service.


Payment and payment methods

A prepaid order will be delivered when the payment has been successfully made to the account below. Prepaid payment instructions can be found in the order confirmation.

Card payment can be made with Visa Electron and Debit cards, Visa MasterCard and Maestro (debit card). Clearhouse, a secure payment intermediary, handles your purchases and card information when you shop online. All data will be processed in accordance with the regulations in force. The card payment service is securely provided by QuickPay.



We collect and mail products every business day. Delivery to Finland takes place as a service of Posti and Schenker to the nearest distribution point you provide, such as R-kioski, K-market, Prisma, Posti, etc. Delivery costs for the order are shown at checkout next to the delivery method.

When the package has arrived at your post office, you will receive a notification from Post / Schenker. Notification of package arrivals is primarily by text message or e-mail only. A paper notice of arrival will only be sent if the recipient has not provided their telephone number or email address. It is important that when you order, you enter your up-to-date contact information with phone numbers.

Please always check that the desired product is available in the online store. We always deliver the order products at once when all the order products are available. Product availability is indicated on the product pages in connection with the “Add to cart” button.

Unfortunately, the products do not have a pick-up option.

Orders abroad are delivered directly to your door via the transport company GLS.

Orders over € 75 are delivered without delivery costs. The delivery cost will automatically be 0.00e when the amount of the ordered products exceeds 75 €. Note does not apply to home delivery in Finland (Package to the door).

Return policy

The customer has a 30-day right of return. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging.

If you want to make a return, please contact our customer service info (at) hamppumaa.fi.

If the shipment is damaged during transport, report the damage immediately to your post office / pick-up point, depending on which way the order has arrived. After this, do not contact our customer service to arrange the delivery of a new product.

It is not enough to not pick up the package or just return it!
Simply returning the goods or not collecting them without a separate cancellation notice is not enough. In other words, you must contact our customer service before returning. Cancellation / return information must be sent by e-mail to info (at) hamppumaa.fi

Non-picked orders will be automatically returned to stock. All returned orders will incur costs for the company, so we will charge return and retransmission costs for re-shipped orders (€ 19.90).
